  • How do I book your property?

    All of our properties can be found on nearly a dozen online booking platforms, but the best price will always be directly on our website to avoid wasting money on third-party hosting fees.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Life happens! We offer all of our guests the option to add travel protection to their reservation which allows our guests to receive a full refund. For more detailed information, take a look at the Travel Protection portion of our website!

  • How do I access the keys or entry code?

    No keys! All of our properties offer keyless entry with electronic locks. We send the guest's arrival instructions within 72 hours of arrival.

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    Nope! All of our properties all able to accommodate any length of stay and have a wide variety of options to best fit your needs.

  • What amenities are included in the rental?

    We have pet-friendly options, single and multi-family homes, full kitchens, laundry on-site, and fully fenced options available. All of our units come stocked with enough supplies and hotel-like amenities available to get you started during your stay as well!

  • Is Wi-Fi available, and is it free?

    Yes! Wi-Fi comes standard in all of our units and is has the capacity to manage multiple video conference calls and gaming simultaneously

  • Are linens and towels provided?

    Yes! All of our units are turnkey and ready for arrival whether you're visiting for work or fun!

  • How Does The Security Deposit Work?

    All of our reservations include limited accidental damage protection! All we ask is that you let us know immediately during your stay, so we can resolve any issues before our next arrival. For a list of exclusions, review the House Rules section of each listing or the rental agreement before booking.

  • Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?

    Yes! All of our units that have a kitchen come stocked with cooking essentials that you are welcome to use throughout your stay.

  • How does the security deposit work?

    All of our reservations less than 30 days come with complimentary damage protection! All we ask is that you let us know if you have any accidents during your stay, so we can resolve any issues before the next guest arrival. We only collect security deposits for reservations longer than 60 days on a case-by-case basis.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Yes! We love to host your fur-babies and recommend taking a look at out pet-friendly options on our website!

  • Is smoking allowed in the property?

    We have zero-tolerance policy with smoking, but our guests are welcome to smoke in designated areas or 20+ feet away from any closed windows/doors.

  • Are there any local attractions or recommendations?

    We recommend taking a look at our local area guide for more information!

  • What should I do in case of an emergency?

    Please don't hesitate to call, text, or email if you need help! Accidents happen, but we will do everything we can to make it right as soon as possible!

  • Can I host events or parties at the property?

    Some of our properties are fantastic for hosting small gatherings! Please contact us for approval prior to booking and we are more than happy to help.

  • How can I contact you during my stay?

    All of our direct bookings can expect to be contacted via email and text messages before, during, and after your stay! Our response time is typically less than 1 hour (most often 15 minutes), but may vary slightly depending on the time of the year.

  • Are there specific house rules I should be aware of?

    We encourage all of our guests to review our specific house rules and cancellation policies prior to booking. We also offer travel insurance to help protect your stay in case of last-minute changes to your trip!

  • What happens if something in the property is not working?

    Please call, email, or text us immediately and we can send someone out as soon as possible! We also offer a guest portal where you can report damage or alter your reservation at any point before, during, or after your stay!
